Colin has over 20 years in the banking/finance industry, having commenced his career with GE Creditline in 1999. Colin was recently the Elite Brokerage Business Coach, Loan Market Group where he coached some of the group's Elite businesses.

Prior to this, Colin was a Director of one of QLD’s largest finance brokerages, based on the Sunshine Coast Colin has consistently been recognized as one of Australia's leading Mortgage Brokers.

Having lived on the Sunshine Coast for 11 years, Colin has helped thousands of people with home loan finance and is a well-respected member of the Sunshine Coast Community.

Upon joining Invest Blue, the lending business was assisting 6 clients per month with a small team of 3, and by 2025, it expanded significantly to supporting over 200 clients per month with a dedicated team of 38 professionals.

Damien specialises in finance for business acquisitions, including business partner and management buyouts.

As Head of Lending based in our Brisbane office, Damien is responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing client and adviser relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service and advice across all lending activities.

Outside of Invest Blue, Damien actively coaches and manages his four children's soccer teams.

Shaun is a qualified mortgage broker who strives for excellence in all that he does. Shaun began his early career at Westpac as a personal banking advisor and later as a lending specialist at Bank of Queensland before qualifying as a Mortgage Broker.

Shaun brings his wealth of transferable skills to Mason Group with a desire to serve people and to help them realize their dreams whether that be owning their first home or financial freedom through property.

Shaun has a wife and baby boy who he loves spending quality time with and is working at improving his handicap at the golf course.

With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Carol O’Shea brings a wealth of knowledge and care to every client interaction. She began her career in banking and mortgages in Ireland before moving permanently to Australia, where she continued to grow her expertise in lending.

Carol is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams, whether that means buying a home, investing in property, or simply feeling more confident about their finances. She believes lending plays a key role in turning goals into reality and is dedicated to finding the right solution to suit each client’s unique circumstances.

After 18 years as a lending manager with one of the big banks, Lisa Forbes made the decision to step away from the corporate world and join a business that truly puts clients first. Since 2008, she has been proudly helping people navigate their lending journey with honest, expert advice.

Lisa is passionate about building strong, long-term relationships with her clients. Her focus is on providing professional, timely, and tailored lending solutions that support her clients in reaching their financial goals with confidence and clarity.

Aimee Gleeson is an experienced Credit Adviser with over 20 years in the finance industry. She began her career at Pinnacle, working across a range of roles including reception, corporate superannuation, and lending administration, before transitioning into a broker role in 2021. Following the merger of Mason Finance Group and Invest Blue in 2024, Aimee continues to support clients as part of the Invest Blue team, working closely with Mason to deliver outstanding lending solutions.

Aimee is based in Newcastle and is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals. She takes pride in building strong relationships and enjoys working closely with financial planners to provide a smooth and supportive lending experience. Whether her clients are purchasing a home, growing their investment portfolio, or securing business finance, Aimee is committed to finding the right solution for their unique needs.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys road trips, weekends away, and spending time with her family and friends. As a lifelong Newcastle local, she especially loves being near the water and spending time at the beach during summer.

Leah is a driven young mortgage broker who joined Mason Finance Group in 2023. Since coming on board, she has worked across nearly every team in the MFG business, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insight into each stage of the lending process. This well-rounded journey has helped her build a strong foundation in finance and deliver tailored, informed solutions for her clients when she decided to step up to mortgage broker in 2025.

Before stepping into the world of finance, Leah earned a degree in biomedical science and cycled her way across Europe. Her background sharpened her analytical mindset and attention to detail, while her travel experiences helped her develop strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people qualities that now shine through in her work with clients.

Outside of the office, Leah is an avid cyclist and ambassador for Giant Bikes, riding competitively with the Giant Maxxis Cycling Team. Her passion for travel and adventure led her to spend three unforgettable months bikepacking through Europe from the hills of France to the lakes of Switzerland and dreams of one day conquering the Pyrenees. When not on two wheels, she enjoys coastal walks and beach days with her beloved dog, Tilly, usually paired with a great cup of coffee in hand from the best local coffee shop.

Diana started her lending career with Brisbane Financial Services (“BFS”) in March 2018. Prior to BFS she worked for Suncorp for over 12 years and carries with her a strong insurance and banking background. Diana moved over to Invest Blue with the BFS team in 2020 and now offers incredible support and service to lending clients. She is passionate about helping our lending clients achieve their dreams & making things as stress free as possible along the way.

With over seven years of experience in banking and finance, Chontelle Fursdon is passionate about helping her clients build wealth and achieve their financial goals through tailored lending solutions. Formerly skilled in Property Management and Conveyancing there’s not much she can’t do. Sarah relocated from the UK 20 years ago to bask in the beauty of the Sunshine Coast! She has 5 beautiful children & 3 chickens that she loves just as much! Sarah is a caravan enthusiast and enjoys getting to as many seaside retreats as she can. She is here to ensure the settlement of your loan is the most seamless and best experience you’ve ever had.

Ashlee is an experienced, motivated and driven individual with extensive experience in the finance sector. Her banking career first began straight out of school as a Verification Officer within the St George personal lending department. This role saw Ashlee exposed to the merger between St George and Westpac in which her role was to cross train the staff on the new simplified systems to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruptions.

She then moved up into an EA/TA role within the group supporting a large team of over 1000 staff where her focus was to support executives all whilst boosting team morale and ensuring staff engagement. After having her 3 beautiful children, Ashlee relocated to the beautiful Sunshine Coast from Sydney and now calls this home.

Starting her career straight out of high school, she quickly developed a passion for finance, spending the last year specialising in home lending before making the exciting move to the Sunshine Coast.

With a keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to helping clients, Hope is dedicated to providing seamless support and outstanding service in her role as a Broker Assistant. Her ability to connect with people and ensure a smooth lending process makes her a valuable asset to the team.
